who is this chick???

Hey - So I guess I should introduce myself. You might already know that I'm Jeni. I train and compete with my dogs in agility. I also play poker full time.

Besides my four dogs, I have 3 parrots who live in the house. I am currently trying to train them to do some of the same agility related behaviors that the dogs already do. Hopefully someday a parrot agility organization will form, and we will be able to participate in that. To learn more about the creatures, you can visit my website; www.jenirivett.com. There's also a video of me and Bungee at USDAA nationals this year - we made the Grand Prix Finals and this is our run; http://youtube.com/watch?v=Dt7DWjWYZiI. He was a little bit full of beans :).

As far as poker goes, I currently play 5-150 spread limit hold 'em here in AZ 5 days a week. 5-150 is our closest version to no limit, the difference just that the maximum bet you can make at any time is $150. My results since August have been up and down - I started out doing pretty well, but in the past few weeks, I was just getting crushed. So I have been looking everywhere for help in improving my game.

I watched a video on pokerxfactor.com by Rizen last week, and I took a concept he talked about in it and fiddled with it this week at the casino. I am happy to say that this week has been my best ever, with a profit of $2500 for 4 days of work so far. I don't know how well it will work over the weekend, as the players have a little bit different style, but I hope that I will be able to use this info and adjust accordingly. But I do have to say, thanks Rizen!

I play a little bit online, but mostly just fiddle around. I tend to get bored sitting here just looking at a screen, and multi-tabling doesn't help me get around that. So I play micro-stakes O8, and when I need more money, play a few cheap SNGs to grow my roll.

I'm hoping to share my experiences both with poker and training the animals, with I am sure little extra fun things thrown in. I plan on playing tomorrow, and taking Sunday off, then back to it again on Monday. I hope to have some fun stuff to share. Take care, and I am sure I will see you soon!
